We are very excited to bring on Nathan Shamseldin as an Asset Manager and Broker with Saratoga Commercial Real Estate. Here is a brief introduction to Nathan and his background.
I came to Bellingham in the fall of 2017 from Seattle, pursuing a degree through Western Washington University. Soon to be graduating in March of 2022, I decided to finally pursue my dream career of commercial real estate.
Having a family who is so involved with real estate already, I felt as if I was ready to take on the challenge. Growing up I have always been a self-driven person. As a kid, I always was good with computers and electronics and ended up making my first little bit of cash fixing Xbox 360’s with the red ring of death for my friends in school. Shortly after that I started walking around my neighborhood with a lawnmower mowing people’s lawns. The income from these two side hustles allowed me to get into my favorite activity, dirt biking.
My story then leads towards providing handyman services for a multifamily housing complex my parents owned. I got very attuned to replacing lightbulbs, mowing lawns, beating the living crap out of hedges, and replacing appliances and fixtures. Once I got to college, I had been educating myself in diet and exercise and shortly started working as a personal trainer.
When Covid-19 shocked the world, I decided to create my own personal training business that lasted for a short while and supported me in getting my real estate license and now, I am in my dream career of commercial real estate.
While the present holds so much opportunity, the future is what makes me the most excited. I have my sights set on fun activities like exciting dirt biking trips and exotic vacations. Ultimately, I am excited to further my education to an MBA eventually and one day getting my pilots license and learning to fly.
If you don’t what to read everything I have written above, you can sum me up into an honest, self-driven, fun loving and adventure seeking guy.
