Bryce brings a proven track record of building and scaling operations within high-growth, service-driven businesses in the prop-tech space. Most recently he led the growth of a tech-enabled services company from day one of startup through more than $15M in annual revenue. There he oversaw a global team of nearly 1,000 while owning core functions across operations, customer experience, and service delivery. His work has centered on designing operational systems that elevate service quality, drive long-term client retention, and scale businesses.
Bryce has been most excited about moving from global operations into partnership with a deeply local business and team. At Saratoga he will be focused on strengthening internal operations, supporting the asset management team, and enhancing the experience for both property owners and tenants. His goal is to implement systems that create consistency, accountability, and scalability as the company continues to grow.
Bryce is based in Whatcom County and enjoys being part of the local community. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family and taking advantage of the many outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer. He’s an avid reader with a love for literature. He enjoys his wife’s artistic work, which brings a creative and personal touch to their day-to-day life. They’re usually busy remodeling their 115-year-old home or taking care of their small flock of chickens. And if Bryce isn’t busy with that you can most likely find him on a volleyball court.
