Kaylen, is a licensed real estate broker with a well-rounded background in residential, commercial, and new land development. Having grown up in Western Washington and calling Bellingham home since the early 2000s, she brings local knowledge and a strong connection to the community.
Her experience spans both real estate sales and property management, and she has worked closely with her husband, a general contractor, on building and selling spec homes. Together, they’ve also developed and now successfully operate a thriving Airbnb property near the Mt Baker Ski Area. This hands-on experience has given Kaylen a keen eye for building and maintenance issues, as well as a practical, solutions-oriented approach to property management.
In her free time, Kaylen enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her young daughter, two dogs, and tending to her dahlia garden.
She’s proud to be part of the Saratoga team and is excited to continue working in a town she knows and loves.
